Want to withdraw from (part of) your order or send it back? Sort it out below, there's no need to contact us. Your withdrawal is valid immediately and within a minute you'll receive a confirmation by email with the date and time.

Look first, then decide

• You may inspect the doll visually and assess it
• As long as the bag stays intact, you can return the doll within 45 days

How do you return a product?

1. Register your return using the form at the top of this page
   You'll receive a confirmation by email straight away, with the return address
2. Pack the product carefully (preferably in the original box)
3. Make sure all accessories are included
4. Write the order number clearly on the box
5. Send the parcel with track & trace
6. After we receive it, we refund the amount within 7 working days
