Shipping
We send your order from our warehouse in the Netherlands, in a plain brown box with no logo and no product name. The shipping label says nothing about the contents either. Below are the delivery times and delivery costs for each country. All amounts include VAT. If you pay in a currency other than the euro, the checkout shows the converted amount. The exact delivery costs of your order are shown in the cart and again before you place the order.
If a different delivery time is shown for a product, that time applies. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Netherlands and Belgium
- Netherlands: ordered before 23:00, delivered the next working day.
- Belgium: ordered before 21:00, delivered in 1 to 2 working days.
- Life-size dolls are sent from a partner warehouse. Their delivery time is 2 to 3 working days, and they are only delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery costs: free for orders of €20 or more. Below €20 you pay €2.99.
In the Netherlands you can also choose delivery to a DHL pick-up point at checkout, under the delivery options. Your parcel waits there for 5 days, and you show ID when you collect it.
